As part of our Summer Series, we're highlighting some of the exciting opportunities our Royals are participating in this summer!
Take a look at our students attending the Railway to Safety Camp at UTRGV. Through hands-on activities, teamwork, and engaging learning experiences, students are exploring railroad safety while building leadership skills, confidence, and lasting memories.

We are proud of our Royals for continuing to learn and grow even during the summer months. 👑

📢 Weather Update

Due to flooding and inclement weather forecasted for our area, all summer school classes and programs have been canceled for tomorrow, Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

Staff will follow a delayed start schedule and will report to work at 10:00 a.m.

We will continue to monitor weather conditions and provide updates through the Vanguard App, social media, and the district website as needed.

We pray that you and your families remain safe during this weather.

Today our Van Gogh Royals begin an exciting journey at the UTRGV Railway to Safety STEM Camp! Students will have the opportunity to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through hands-on activities, robotics, engineering challenges, and teamwork while learning about transportation safety and future STEM careers.
