LMS Athletics invites all incoming 7th–12th grade students to join the Strength & Conditioning Summer Program!

Build strength, improve speed and agility, develop football skills, and prepare for a successful season alongside your teammates.

Participants will focus on:

Come ready to work, improve, and compete! Wear athletic clothing and shoes, and bring water daily.
