Awesome Job from the Morning Crew!
Today’s Work Capacity called for Front Squats, Rope Climbs and Slam balls. These pictures show that there is versatility in all movements! The front squats were adjusted to Goblet squats (a kettle bell held in front of the body) and the rope climb was adjusted to a Neutral Grip Vertical Pulling Exercise (grounded ascents on the rope, or neutral grip banded pull down).
