Day 13 of gratitude: something I use daily.

Ok so I had to go with my purse on this one cuz lately my family has been giving me grief about being the "bag lady". Regardless where I'm out the door to, I'm always leaving with at least 2 bags in hand. Purse, lunch bag, camera bag, back pack, some canvas bag full of random things to go to the studio, etc. At least 2 bags for sure. But, it's a given prerequisite that this bag is going with me, regardless.

Day 12 of gratitude: 3 big things.

3 big things I'm grateful for would have to be my car, because, as I've recently been reminded, I can't do what I need to do when I need to do it if I can't show up to do it!

My studio space. Having a location to do what I love has brought so much growth to myself, my family, and my business.

And my clients. Truly none of this is possible without, well, you! My fantastic followers and clients who make this worth doing! You guys are for sure the gravy to my mashed potatoes!

Day 8 of gratitude: favorite food

In light of all that's been going on the last few days, this one was a no brainer. Favorite food- mashed potatoes and gravy. Granted there's a whole lot of food I love a whole lot and yes, my waist is showing it these days, but when you really get right down to it, this is the winner. This is my "so depressed I can't eat" food. My "pregnancy craving" food. My "can go with any meal" food as you can tell by the roast beef on rye sandwich next to it. 😂

Day 7 of Gratitude: 3 small things.

My planner, coffee, and a hair tie. These are the 3 things I require to be able to adult. From taking care of 7 kids, to working 3 jobs, managing bills and my own business, to just being able to exist as a contributing member of society, these are what I need to get through my day and if you take any part of this combination away, I'm a toddler without my blankie and might as well just call it day over.

Day 6 of Gratitude: something in nature.

So granted, he's not something you'd typically find in the wild but he's part of nature any way. But something in nature I'm grateful for is man's best friend.

This handsome boy is who we're saying goodbye to this week so that he may cross the rainbow bridge and even though I'm crying as I write this, I'm so grateful for the time we've had with him. There's something special about loving a dog. The level of adoration and love they give back. The way they become a member of the family like they've always been there. And this particular sweet boy knew loyalty like it was no one's business.

I'll forever miss the way he'd howl at the nightly fire whistle, the way he pranced away with pizza crust in his mouth, and the way the first snow fall of the year would make him so happy. I love you Roscoe.
