Tips on preparing for freezing weather:
- Turn on a sink, on each side of the home. Make sure the sink is running at a small steady stream not just a drip.
- Open all cabinets inside the home to allow heat to keep pipes warm.
- Cover any outside exposed pipes. Cover with a towel or insulation. This includes hose bibbs.
- Undo all hose pipes from hose bibbs.
- Know where the home shut off valve is.
- If unfortunately you still have a pipe freeze. Leave faucets on and allow to thaw. Contact us for any questions or tips.
