I’m not perfect. I’ve made mistakes.

When success comes quickly, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and reactive, especially when you’re suddenly the boss of big careers.

I look back now through a very different lens than even a year ago. Part of my job is offering critique to others, but the real growth came when I started offering it to myself.

The road’s been bumpy, but it’s been worth it. And today, I’m proud, not just of the business I’ve built, but of the people surround me.
