How can yoga help with our bones in menopause?
While there is debate if yoga can reverse or stave off osteoporosis, there’s no debate that yoga absolutely works on and strengthens our balance so that we don’t fall. Falling causes broken bones, so practice yoga to ensure you stay upright!
