Come out and join us this Friday at Markey Park at 6:00 PM for a fun, free Girls Flag Football session ages 5-9!
Whether your daughter is brand new to football or already loves the game, this is a great opportunity to get out, have fun, and learn the fundamentals in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.

Beginner 7U-Ages 5,6,7
9U- Experienced 7 year olds,8,9 🏈
Calling all future football stars! 🌟
Our Girls Flag Football program is designed to introduce young athletes to the game in a fun, positive, and encouraging environment. Through instructional practices, players will learn the fundamentals of flag football, including:
🏃♀️ Running and footwork
🏈 Passing and catching
🚩 Flag pulling
🤝 Teamwork and sportsmanship
💚 Confidence building and having fun!
Teams will practice minimum, one night per week, with games/scrimmages on Sundays, giving players plenty of opportunities to develop their skills while enjoying the excitement of game day.
No experience is necessary! Our goal is to help every girl learn the sport, make new friends, stay active, and build confidence both on and off the field.
