I really like your app, and your food is phenomenal. But TBH, I'd prefer texts that were just emotionless updates. There's no such thing as "automated emotional relationship building."
I mean this with ❤️.
These texts aren't a turn-off to abandon the tribe (and lower my NPS), but they land on me as "trying too hard."" Replace these with a random from time to time, surprise gift at check out, and we're good.
