Teamsters Local 623

Be on the lookout for the summer edition of the Teamsters 623 newsletter.

We have been extremely busy here at Teamsters Local 623. We organized over 200 new workers and at the same time negotiated higher wages, more paid time off and stronger protections for another one of our groups. It is our utmost pleasure to serve our members. Our next general membership meeting is Sunday, May 31st at 11am. We are excited to welcome our new members. We also look to celebrate with our members who won a new contract.

Our members are very concerned. With all of these building closures, as well as shift closures. We are too. We are going to fight back with everything we got. The company has already started bringing back some of our laid off workers. It takes all of us to stand up and fight back!
