Mini Bento Cakes by Ang - Philly

This cake was specially requested and features a custom flavor combination I developed. The client desired a strong rose flavor paired with saffron and pistachio, without heavy frosting. Therefore, I created a vanilla rose chiffon sponge cake with mascarpone saffron rose filling, crunchy candied pistachios, all wrapped in rose vanilla bean whipped cream, and topped with fresh raspberries in rose petal jam.

This fully customized 3-layer, 6-inch cake serves up to 15 people and was priced at $202.
