NEW FEATURE ALERT: TASK BUDGET + ACTUAL

Two new fields are now available on each task to track Budget and Actual numbers. Originally intended to track financials you could also use the fields to track time/hours. If you are focused on pre-opening or conversions, this can be a way to increase visibility and keep an eye on spending for your teams.



The individuals who you designate will have the ability to add or edit the budget field. Permissions can be set on the User Profile page via the toggle “Allow Location Task Budget Entry.” Anyone on the team can enter numbers to actual field. Changes to Actual and Budget numbers are tracked in the History section.

These values are summed and displayed on the Dashboard to provide your team visibility and tracking. In addition, a spreadsheet-like entry option is accessible from the Dashboard so that you can enter budget or actual figures in bulk or copy/paste from Excel.
