New PA Driving Law Takes Effect June 5th 🚨

Beginning next month, Pennsylvania drivers will be prohibited from using handheld devices while operating a motor vehicle. That means:

📵 No texting
📵 No browsing
📵 No snapping photos
📵 No other phone use while driving

For the first 12 months, violations will result in a written warning. Starting June 5, 2026, violators will face a $50 fine, plus court costs and additional fees.
