✨ Perfect meal for gainz! Handful of asparagus, a serving of baked salmon & 1 cup of rice. I would have a meal like this mid-day or post a heavy lifting workout with a smoothie.
If you are currently on a weight loss journey, replace the rice with another veggie!
Lowering your carb intake is effective way to lose weight. Carbs of different kinds have different amounts of calories so if your taking in a large amount of carbs like rice, pasta, & highly processed foods it’s not going to help you reach your goal.
