Burning incenses + resins is a heavenly way to clear your energy, calm your mind, and uplift your spirits, which is why I start off each session with a mini smoke bath, helping you to shed the chaotic energy of the city and settle into the calm of my studio.

I fell in love with my current favorite - Mexican Copal - on a recent trip to Tulum - the thick white clouds of smoke smell absolutely divine and do a beautiful job cleansing + protecting your energy ☁️

3 years ago, I was pretty miserable. I’ll never forget the feeling of floating through day after day in a fog of hopelessness, powerlessness, and decay. My soul was crying out for real love, real passion, real connection, real joy, real experiences, real living, but I had no idea where to even start.

I had no way of knowing that my spiritual awakening was LITERALLY less than a month away, or that it would lead me on a journey back to myself and towards everything I ever dreamed of.

I’m reaching back through time to tell that version of myself that it gets better. It got better. It is better.

I’m telling you, keep going. It gets better.
