It tastes as good as it looks! I don’t have a name for it, but it’s basically crinkled up phyllo with butter, custard, and syrup! Leave me a comment with what you think I should name it!

Base: phyllo, 2 sticks of salted butter

Custard: 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup whole milk, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Finish: simple syrup and chopped pistachio

So I’ve been on a little hiatus (still getting the hang of this parenting thing 👨‍👩‍👦) but I’ve still been testing new recipes for the next season of episodes. Here we have probably my new favorite or which is a super easy pita recipe from that literally takes minutes to prepare!
