Flower moon! 🌸🌕💐💫🌷 Align with the energy of your soul! The old is breaking down and crumbling. Letting go of what was and allowing something new to bloom. Like the blossoming of a flower we are being transformed as well. The new doesn’t look recognizable and it is ok to just not know. It’s ok to just pause especially in a place of uncertainty. Call on whatever you believe in and know that you are being divinely guided in every moment. Stay aligned with the energy of your soul, be kind and compassionate with yourself. Fire the judge and let the jury go home, try not to be too critical of yourself. Things may not be moving as fast as you would like them too, I know it’s easy to get frustrated and impatient. Stick with your rituals, creative projects, dreams and the things that bring you joy. Just keep on trucking’! You are so loved and you are exactly where you need to be! Place your hand on your heart center and breathe. Feel your breath as it enters the nose, feel your chest as it expands. After a few rounds tell yourself “I know I wasn’t always there for you, but I am here for you today. I love you, Thank you.” Sit with yourself for a few minutes tuning into your heart.

Creating space to honor any emotions that may be coming up. Pay attention to what your body is telling you and the subtle energies you may be experiencing. When we are gentle and loving with ourselves, the obnoxious ego loses its grip and we can’t help but hear the truth.
