BUILDBASEMATIC INC. is a manufacturer of pile driving equipment for building foundations in low-rise construction. There are many large, heavy and powerful piling machines on the market, but sometimes there is demand for job to be done with limited space on site and affordable budget.

The company provides foundation construction services using its own unique equipment. It is specially designed and manufactured for fast construction of durable foundations for low-rise buildings and structures. Pile drivers are compact, relatively light (up to 10,000 pounds), can be transported by pickup truck trailer and work in limited space conditions of a construction site all year round. It is an innovative approach to the application of existing pile driving technology to new construction sites, which significantly saves time and costs for construction and transportation.

We usually use driven precast concrete mini piles up to 20 ft long to create a durable and solid foundation. We also drive wooden piles, steel profiles, H-beams and pipes into the ground. Pile foundations are in demand for low-rise buildings and structures located on slopes, in coastal areas, in the flood zone, swampy and low-bearing soils. Driven precast concrete piles can be combined with traditional building technologies for low-rise construction (strip foundations, concrete slab).
