To celebrate getting over 1000 subscribers on YouTube I'm doing a livestream with my editing workshop

As a video editor having an onboarding process is super important to me because it helps me stay organized and gives a good client experience.
Here it is step by step.
➡️ Book a call and fill out a form
Once you click the book a call button on my website you will be taken to a calendar where you will be able to select a time and then fill out a few questions about your self.
➡️ Discovery/Intro Call
As crazy as it sounds, this is actually my favorite part of the process! This is where I get to know more information about the brand and see if we're a good fit for each other.
➡️ Proposal
After getting a clear picture of the project scope and agreeing on a budget, I then send a proposal to the client with a project proposal outlining the timeline, deliverables, and investment.
➡️ Contract & Deposit
I never start a project without a contract and deposit first, so this is a crucial step to not miss! This protects everyone, and sets the expectations for the project.
➡️ Welcome Email & Project Portal
Once the contract is signed, we officially onboard our client to their portal where all the details to the project is laid out.

Are you wondering which blogs you can turn your blogs into video content?
You have three main options:
1. Short Content Video Series: Take the different sections of your blog and turn each into a mini video. For instance, if your blog covers "3 Different Ways to Edit a Video," create separate videos for each editing tip.
2. Overview Video: Extract the blog's title and main points to create a YouTube video. This makes the entire blog into a long-form talking head video
3. Whiteboard Explainer or Story Videos: Utilize stock footage and royalty-free music to create whiteboard explainers or storytelling videos.
