I’ve been listening to a lot of interviews with talking about his new book. I love his new take on how imposter syndrome is actually a sign of hidden potential. “When you think others are overestimating you, it’s more likely that you’re underestimating yourself.”

In sport, slow and deep breathing can help increase the level of oxygen in the body, which can improve athletic performance. If relaxation is needed, deep breathing can help calm the nervous system, reducing feelings of stress and nervousness before exercise.
