🗣️JUSTICE FOR LAWRENCE FROST PHILLIP ⚖️
Lawrence “Frost” Phillip was just 20 years old when his life was tragically cut short on November 8, 2005, in New Castle, Delaware.
At approximately 12:20 a.m., New Castle County Police responded to the 100 block of Parma Avenue in the Arbour Place community after a neighbor reported hearing a gunshot and seeing a person lying on the ground. When officers arrived, they found Lawrence suffering from a gunshot wound. Investigators also learned that another man had been assaulted and pistol-whipped during what appeared to be a robbery.
Lawrence was rushed to Christiana Hospital, but despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead. More than two decades later, his family, friends, and investigators are still searching for answers about who took his life and why.
Lawrence was known by many as “Frost,” and those who loved him continue to carry his memory while hoping that someone will come forward with the information needed to bring justice. Even the smallest detail, no matter how insignificant it may seem, could help investigators finally solve this case.
