For those who cannot miss dessert:

Apple cookies: Apples, a fruit that can be somewhat bland on its own, change completely with the addition of a sweet cream such as dulce de leche or something similar. We cut apple slices and pass them through lemon juice, dry them with kitchen paper and spread them with the cream, and then sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
