Did you know Braille has 63 possible combinations of raised dots representing letters, numbers, punctuation, and contractions?

January is Braille Literacy Month, raising awareness of this important reading and writing system and honoring Louis Braille who invented it in 1824 at the age of 15. At our new Low Vision Resource Center, you can learn to use Braille and practice your skills guided by our instructors.
