Breakfast foods can be challenging when living with a vestibular disorder. Classic options like eggs and yogurt may trigger vertigo, and the sodium in options like bacon can increase symptoms in people who are diagnosed with Meniere's Disease.

Luckily, there are tons of great substitutions out there like this whipped cottage cheese recipe! Use cottage cheese as a yogurt and sour cream substitute - the possibilities are endless - and delicious!
