CHOCOLATE IS NOT HARMFUL FOR SKIN
In the 1960s, American dermatologists trumpeted with might and main: you must avoid chocolate if you want to keep your skin smooth and radiant. But the research of our time has dispelled this myth. Scientific theories about the effect of chocolate on the skin have been refuted by scientists from the University of Newcastle in Australia. In 2005, they concluded that there was no evidence that chocolate caused acne.
