🚨: BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! Back by popular demand, I will be bringing back my Sunday classes for a 6 week boot camp! Starting January 1st, I will be taking 10 motivated people who are looking to learn a new skill in self defense and willing push themselves to the limit with these boxing/strength and conditioning classes! Slots are currently available and they will go FAST! Let’s start 2023 with something beneficial and this is definitely I believe will be a step in the right direction!
