With all of the Friday night busy happy hours going on throughout the city and suburbs, I am blessed that the Joltin Jabs happy hour was packed as well. This morning(Saturday), is even busier. 8AM Private, 9AM class, 10AM Private with the Jefferson University Mens Basketball Team. GOD is good 🙏🏽……………

Monday morning 6AM. What are you gonna do?………Whatever you are doing in life, the constant pursuit of “more/better” leaves us feeling never truly enough as is. Looking to be perfect, is ALWAYS the enemy of good! When you are in pursuit of being perfect, you hinder your ability to experience joy! Perfection isn’t real, but WE are! Progression is real, strive for progression. Sure you can still be the best you can be, but you won’t become your best unless the PROCESS itself is a fun thing to do……Success without joy, will never be true success!!! 🧠 ⚡️ 🥊
