Loren Teaches Movement

I'm writing with a special opportunity tomorrow, Sunday, March 22nd from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. I'm offering an Intergenerational Improvisation dance class at Cardell Dance Studio at 1713 Melon St., just around the corner from 17th and Fairmount Ave.

We will have a warm-up and then we will be exploring the current transition in nature from Winter to Spring through creative dance by ourselves and in collaboration. This is a great opportunity to send your children to dance with a friend of a different age or to be able to move and create with your child! Or, move and create in an intergenerational community!

This class is truly for ALL ages. Children 5 and under need to be accompanied by an adult, but people over 5 may come by themselves or with a buddy of a similar or different age.
Please be aware that there is a high flight of stairs to get to the dance space. Press the one doorbell to be buzzed in.

I'm excited to announce that I am in partnership with Cardell Dance Studio and I will be offering dance classes there this Fall for children and adults. All classes have my signature mix of skills and creativity and start September 13.

I will be teaching:

Ages 4-5: Creative Dance on Thursdays 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm

Ages 6-8: Moving and Creating: Introduction to Dance Techniques on Tuesdays 5:30 to 6:30 pm

Ages 9-12: Making Moves: Introduction to Dance Contemporary Techniques on Thursdays 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Adult and Teen Beginner Contemporary Modern class on Tuesdays 7-8pm

Adult Contact Improvisation class on Thursdays 7-9pm

These are indoor classes in the Fairmount neighborhood of Philly in a beautiful studio with a lovely floor. COVID vax is required. Masks are optional for the kids.
