new series, starting now: meet the bartender. every week we’re putting one of our bartenders (and their own cocktail creation) front and center. order it, love it, and if it’s the top seller, it could earn a permanent spot on our fall menu

first up is Larisa, 9 months behind the bar and debuting her first original: tie dye fever — habanero tequila, oj, simple, hibiscus syrup. spicy, sweet, and very her.

her take: “i love a classic cocktail, the old favorites were popular for a reason, bringing it back with some mia flare.” she’s also a self-proclaimed lemon juice fanatic, the kind who’s still making fresh lemonade for the kitchen crew at close.

Princess Peach Cocktail
Bright and citrus-forward with juicy peach, Acqua di Cedro, lemon liqueur, gin, fresh lemon, and a hint of grapefruit bitters

Pappardelle Ripiene
Housemade pappardelle stuffed with creamy ricotta, finished with Calabrian chiles, silky mirepoix purée, seared shiitake mushrooms, and fresh microgreens.
