During Cold Snap, Project HOME Employees Work Hard To Make Sure Homeless Have Shelter Crews are out looking for the homeless who are at risk spending the night in these extremely cold temperatures.

it really is winter out there. If you see someone that needs direction to a shelter please help by calling the hotline.
Day 3 of Code Blue is in effect. Please call the Philadelphia Homeless Outreach Hotline at 215-232-1984 if you see someone in need of shelter -- you could save a life.
