I FINALLY received acupuncture 🙌 Every month for the last 10 or so years, I make sure to try something new, and although I stay on top of holistic methods, acupuncture was one thing I hadn’t allowed myself to jump into (maybe it was the needles? My tip: Consider preventative care. So often we wait until something is wrong, debilitating, or off to tap into professional care. While I 👏people for taking action there, building your approaches for whole self-care can start even in the best of health.
