6ABC Lilo & Stitch Holiday Party!

I had the distinct honor once again, of designing and creating the holiday cake for WPVI-TVs, staff and children’s holiday party. (And, standing in for Santa Claus himself)

Here we have three tiers of French vanilla cake, infused with tropical candies, layered with a vanilla buttercream, and rainbow sprinkles for that fun-fetti effect. The marshmallow fondant designs combine the Disneys Lilo and stitch tropical theme, mixed in with a little Holiday magic. A few snowflakes here and there, and of course, edible glitter. Stitches Santa hat, and the handcrafted tropical flowers, all hand fell dyed, and created by hand. Topped off with sugar, sheep prints of Lilo and friends, with Stich himself handmade.

A special cake for a very special young woman who ‘thinks in pictures’

4 thick layers of French vanilla cake, filled and surrounded with a Ghirardelli milk chocolate buttercream. Marshmallow fondant designs feature the sofa and coffee cups from the famous Central Perk, and the peephole and frame.

Edible sugar prints of the logo, her favorites- Joey and Chandler, and a handcrafted Friends logo!
