Little Fish is pleased to welcome back Chef Tae Strain for a special AAPI dinner. Our 6 course meal will celebrate their shared Korean-American heritage and cooking journey, while highlighting the best ingredients from the Mid-Atlantic coast and Burnt Hill, including Mangalitsa Pork raised on Burnt Hill Farm.

“Burnt Hill Farm is a 117-acre regenerative polyculture farm, vineyard and 12 seat Chefs Counter in Montgomery County, Maryland. They raise Leicester Longwool sheep, pastured poultry, and grow heritage grains, mushrooms, 50,000 grapevines, and much more.
