How to Apply for PHLpreK at Smart Beginnings 📝
1️⃣ Complete the PHLpreK application.
2️⃣ Provide proof of your child’s age (birth certificate, passport, clinic records, etc.).
3️⃣ Provide proof of Philadelphia residency (utility bill, lease, voter ID, etc.).
4️⃣ Sign required consent forms.
Note: Even if your child attended last year, a new application is required. Seats are limited — don’t wait!
