I’ve been having more conversations lately around senior and veteran housing, not from a selling angle, but from a planning one. Family conversations. Financial conversations. Future conversations.

It’s coming up more than people expect.

It can start with a conversation.
It can start with planning.
And sometimes, it starts by looking at the assets you already have in a different way.

This isn’t about fear.
It’s about giving yourself and your family options instead of panic.
