I know there is a lot of fancy cyber tricks and psychology hacks on getting noticed, and new sales opportunities for your business, but never underestimate the power of a referral from people you already service. I was patient with a client who wasnt readyband had a lot of questions about working with me. I stayed patient with him and told him everything he needed to do to get in position for me to fund his business the right way. Needless to say, after 6 figures in funding and acquisition advice, he says hey let me introduce you to a business partner and friend of mine. That referral put me in position, and I even shared that contact with another high performing client, plus almost over delivering in our initial engagement where the invite was sent for me to come to headquarters...now the conversation is we see and appreciate your skillset and value so we want to offer you real partnership. Moral of the story keep working on your work, and your work will make a way!!!! God is great...never underestimate the God in you!!!!

The power of hyper-focus...3 weeks ago came back from my bday trip and was up to 237lbs...since then I have made some diet changes and a new commitment to my workout regiment, which is nothing crazy just running a few miles and some weights and now I am down to 221!!!
Crazy thing is that I was at a diner meeting at Capital Grille last night and I was really going through it because I chose chilean sea bass as my entree and everybody around me chose steak options...I felt good about my choice until they brung the food out!!! No doubt my dish was pretty and it really did taste good...but then i was finish and my colleagues around me were still slicing peices of that succulent steak and that steak juice aroma filling the room. I started feeling buyers remorse thinking damn I should have gotten that steak!!! Nonetheless, I went home and just went to sleep...got up this morning drank a cup of water, put the running sneaks on and got a few miles in. Felt really good afterwards and said let me get on the scale to check on my results...and 221.7...down 16lbs in 3 weeks...f**k that steak!!! Give me more fish, veggies, fruit & water!!! Moral of the story...when your actions and decisions line-up with your commitments and goals...watch the results stack up!!!
