Let’s talk results.
It all starts in the kitchen. Choosing the right protein, carbs, and veggies for your body is key. Not everything you see online or hear from others is meant for you.

Through trial and error, I went from vegan to vegetarian to pescatarian. Along the way, I learned certain foods were causing bloating, breakouts, and digestive issues. Once I made the switch, my body changed, not just physically, but internally too.

My tip:
• Visit a specialist or test for food sensitivities
• Try the process of elimination
• Invest in a personal trainer or nutritionist

This is just one example of my day-to-day. Snacks for me? Vegan yogurt or tuna. Simple, effective, aligned with my body.
