We are proud to introduce one of our newest projects, 20-30 W. Allens Lane. This new construction multifamily building will house 76 beautiful residential units. The building offers a top of the line digital access (Latch) system, secure mail/package room, secure bike storage, automobile parking, and custom designed amenity spaces.

The project is located between West Mount Airy and Chestnut Hill, two of Philadelphia’s most historic and well-established neighborhoods. Residents will have quick access to many of the tremendous local cafes, restaurants, and retailers on the Germantown Ave commercial corridor, as well as access to some of Philadelphia's most beautiful parks and trails. As with many of our projects, 20-30 W. Allens will be truly transit oriented. Residents will have less than an eight minute walk to two major SEPTA Regional Rail Stations, allowing access to Center City in under 25 minutes. The site also provides a commute to various suburban markets including King of Prussia, Conshohocken, Bala Cynwyd, and a multitude of towns located along the Main Line.

We are progressing beautifully at our 51-unit project in Germantown! 🤌

Once fully completed 🏁 our residents will benefit from the strategic location of the building by having quick access to numerous amenities including: public transit, local parks, new businesses, and multiple employment hubs. 👏👏

Foundation walls and footers are currently underway and the team will quickly move to underground plumbing shortly 👷‍♂️
