SASE Mentorship is back!!
One of SASE’s oldest, most beloved, and largest traditions returns for the 2023-2024 season, and with it, new participants–that’s you!!
With the mentorship program, underclassmen and upperclassmen are paired as mentee and mentor, and form a unique connection. For mentees (freshmen and sophomores), you gain access to a friend, and someone you can turn to with all your questions–whether it’s about co-op and your career, coursework and academia, or personal life and advice, mentors are a great resource and source of support! For mentors (sophomores and above), this is a great chance to give back to the community with the knowledge and experiences you’ve gained through the years, and learn something new from the underclassmen, too.
We have several events dedicated to this program, and Mentorship Week events where you’ll get to meet and get to know your prospective mentors and mentees before starting the pairing process. This is also a great way to get more involved within the SASE community, and we adore all of our participants
