Putting off your taxes? Confused about recent changes to the Philly BIRT rules? Join us for a fun and stress-free tax prep hangout, featuring from and experts from Philly Tax Prep for Artists. Drop in anytime throughout the session to ask for personalized advice.

Akeem Davis and Logan Cryer will guide you through the basics of taxes for artists, including separating personal and artistic finances, Schedule C filing, self-employment versus employment, and tracking deductions. At 2pm and 3pm, Akeem and Logan will give a brief presentation about recent changes to the City’s Business Income and Receipts Tax and Net Profits Tax, which all businesses, including self-employed artists, are required to file annually.
