2026 Heitzman Summer Camp

When:
Monday - Friday
July 6 - August 14, 2026
Session 1: July 6- July 24
Session 2: July 27-August 14

Cost:
One Session: $250
Two Sessions: $500
50% of camp fee is due at sign up. Remaining balance is due by Friday June 26. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS.

Payment:
Cash or Money Order payable to Heitzman Advisory Council or Cash App $heitzmanrec

Cost covers all trips except optional trip to Clementon Park. Adult chaperones are required for Clementon Park. Ticket cost for Clementon Park is an additional fee and is not included in the camp price.

Ages:
6-12.
No child can be 13 before 7/1/26. 6 year olds must have completed Kindergarten to attend camp.

Time:
9AM – 3PM (Before and After camp care available for additional fee)

Cares:
Before: 7:30AM – 9:00AM
$15 a week - $75/for all sessions
After: 3:00PM – 6:00PM
$30 a week - $180/for all sessions

1. Must be signed up and paid for by Friday, June 26.
2. Children registered for cares may arrive no earlier than 8:00AM and must be picked up by 6:00PM. Children not registered for cares may arrive no earlier than 9:00AM and must be picked up by 3:00PM
3. There will be a $5 late fee for every 15 minutes that a child is picked up late.

Sign Up:
Parent/guardian must complete a registration form. Space is limited.

Weekly trips, pool on site, visiting programs, arts and crafts, sports, and much more! Daily breakfast and lunch included.

There will be a MANDATORY meeting for the parent/guardian the last week of June.
Camp calendar, trip permission slips and behavior agreement will be available.
