Landmark Architectural Design is pleased to show this design project located at 2401 Washington Avenue. The Landmark Team worked diligently to provide the Architectural Design & Services for this fantastic development.
This complex of buildings is comprise of multiple distinct buildings all composing a single integrated development of commercial spaces, apartments, duplexes and single family homes.

The building design was inspired by industrial styles and proportions, and the site layouts create a interesting rhythm throughout the development.

We are happy to be part of a successful contribution to a major avenue in the City of Philadelphia.
