It has been an honor for me to lead this $13.2 million renovation and help the Paschall community’s vision become reality. After months of transformation, this neighborhood landmark is ready to welcome the community back. From bright, open reading areas and modern, accessible technology to beautifully renewed exteriors, the Paschalville Library now stands as a vibrant hub of learning, connection, and belonging in Southwest Philadelphia.

This renovation breathes new life into a space that has always been a cornerstone for literacy and opportunity — a place where children discover the joy of reading, families find resources to grow, and neighbors come together to learn and connect. We can’t wait to see you, Philly.
