Textile Design at Jefferson

Last week, our talented BSTD class of 2026 showcased their final collections at the annual textile design capstone show. We are so proud of our graduating class and wish them the best upon graduation.

Felting fun! Our students took a field trip to  for a needle felting workshop, to learn about alpaca fiber processing, and to feed the alpacas! 🦙

BSTD and MSTD students visited the Shima Seiki New Jersey headquarters to connect with industry professionals and view their showroom. BSTD Jefferson alum, Hannah Mallon was kind enough to give our students a tour of the showroom and demos of the various electronic knitting machines.
