June is Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month. At NursePartners, dementia care is not simply one
of the services we offer—it is a core part of who we are.

As a Positive Approach to Care designated organization, our team is specially trained to support individuals living with dementia through techniques that focus on dignity, connection, and remaining abilities.

Throughout the month, we'll be sharing insights and resources to help families better understand the dementia journey. Because understanding changes everything.

As May comes to a close, we’re starting to feel the shift into summer.

Longer days, more time outside, and more opportunities to spend time with the people who matter most.

For many of the families we work with, this season also brings a change in routine. Travel, visitors, and busy schedules can make it harder to keep consistent support in place.
