Hi there!

I’m Julia - the therapist behind this account. I work with people in the Philadelphia area build kinder relationships with themselves. I emphasize self compassion as a foundation of my therapy practice because I personally know the transformational power of radical kindness.

Outside of my work, I’m currently watching white lotus season two and can’t wait for the last episode! I’m loving winter so far and being cozy under a mountain of blankets. I don’t have a pet YET but I eagerly offer to watch my loved ones dogs when they travel. Any dog that stays with me is an honorary therapy dog snd I hate to see them go!
