Join Historic RittenhouseTown Sunday April 18th at our barn for a free outdoor celebration as we mark the changing of the season with spring themed activities. The mini festival combines Earth Day, spring welcome & International Day of Monuments and Sites is a family-friendly event in the heart of nature, offering a variety of free programming and tours that celebrate both renewal and sustainability. April 18th 8am: The Hike will start at the Historic RittenhouseTown Barn & Papertrail Cafe.

Spring migration is underway and there’s no better time to get outside and enjoy nature! Join TB Wildlife Photography LLC and fellow bird lovers for a guided bird walk through Historic Rittenhouse Town and Wissahickon Valley Park in search of woodpeckers, warblers, thrushes, raptors, and more!

We will start at Historic Rittenhouse Town (208 Lincoln Drive Philadelphia, PA 19144) and continue down the Orange Trail in Wissahickon Valley Park. Attendees should wear acceptable hiking footwear and be prepared to walk on rocky and/or grassy terrain.

Binoculars provided by Nocs Provisions will be available for use at a first-come-first-served basis.

Once the Hike is completed join us for a day of activities at our Springfest!
