I completed today with 4hours of sleep! What did you do today?
This was a major transformation in my life because before if I wanted to have a lazy day, I didn’t fight it.
I would put it off and tell myself “not to force anything”
But how many know that sometimes you gotta battle with your inner monsters and get through it.
It wasn’t easy at all but if you’ve seen my TRANSFORMATION IS... video (🗣 GO WATCH IT) then you’ll know that transformation is doing the work and getting it done so you can get to your victorious self. Your “after picture”

How to be intentional about goals.
What is your intention? Now that you understand that put some energy behind it.
How?
1. Change your ROUTINES.
- Do you have a schedule?
- What’s your plans? By the week? By the day? By the hour? By the minute?
- Break it down step by step and follow it.
- Set alarms and select people to hold you accountable. (You’re more likely to hit snooze on an alarm but meeting up with someone will help you)
2. Change your RITUALS.
- What are your habits?
- What habits do not align with your goals and intentions and sucking the energy from you?
- What are some new habits that I can adapt to help me reach my goals.
3. Change your STANDARDS.
- What will you settle for?
- What will you strive for?
- What will change your mind?
- Determine why the end result is important and why it’s meaning will motivate you.
