All Violet - Hole Tribute

Last night at Silk City went like this. 70 or so minutes of Hole.

Turnout was, for the first time ever for us in Philly, kind of… light… “thanks” to the crazy cold and the impending snowmageddon, but we had a GREAT time nonetheless. And we especially appreciate those of you who made the special effort to be there anyway. You made noise. You had fun. We thank you for all your enthusiasm. You effing rule.

Also big thanks to Dave Kiss Presents. Dave is one of the very good guys in the music biz. We are lucky to have him promoting shows in Philly. And further big thanks to Monkey Wrench for asking us to play the show that they originally booked.

We’re taking a little break for a few months to attend to some non-musical stuff, and then we’ll be back later in 2026. Cheers.

PHILLY!!! HOLE AND FOO FIGHTERS tributes together on Saturday January 24 at Silk City (5th and Spring Garden). And it’s an EARLY one!

Doors to the venue open at 6 pm! Then at 6:30 pm All Violet - Hole Tribute will play a long set of Hole classics and deep cuts, and at 8 pm Monkey Wrench will play a full set of Foo Fighters.

All music ends by 9:30 pm at Silk City. It’s all happening so early that you’ll have plenty of time to hit the diner next door post-show.

PHILLY!! We’re back for one more show — at Silk City 5th and Spring Garden — before we take a few months off. It’s a coheadlining gig with Monkey Wrench Foo Fighters tribute on Saturday Jan 24 and it’s REALLY early.

Venue doors open at 6 pm! We hit the stage at 6:30 pm (really!) for a full-length headlining set and then Monkey Wrench plays at 8 pm. Everything will be done by 9:15 pm. Really.
