❗PERSEVERANCE❗ This describes my closing today. Today I closed on the largest transaction of my life❗ In 3 weeks we would have hit our 3 year anniversary of executing the Letter of Intent on this 8 acre commercial property. The sale consisted of several zoning board and planning committee meetings. Delays caused by surveyors, a partner backing out, lenders backing out, and in June one of the buyers passed away 2 days before we were going to close. I continued working for my seller and found another developer to jump on this deal. Today we made it happen. I got the opportunity to represent both parties, so this counts as two sales for me at $1.85 mil x 2. I am truly blessed and grateful for my family, real estate, and the opportunities that God has given me. 🙏 Only wish my parents were around to see that they raised me right and gave me a chance at success❗🎉🍾 A BIG THANK YOU to Maria Suchoicka Koleda for another awesome referral.
